Frequently asked questions
- Q. Are there any features that require payment right now?
- No. During Phase 1 (from the 2026-05-20 MVP onward), all content features are completely free.
- Q. Has pricing for Phase 2 paid plans been decided?
- Not yet. Pricing will be announced after a payment provider (Toss, KakaoPay, or Stripe) is selected and market validation is complete.
- Q. Will existing free members be forced to switch to a paid plan?
- No. Phase 1 free features will remain free even after Phase 2 launches. Paid plans only apply to new features.
- Q. How are refunds handled?
- When Phase 2 launches, a 7-day withdrawal policy under Article 17 of the E-Commerce Act will apply. The full policy will be posted as an addendum to the Terms of Service at launch.
