These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and members in connection with the use of the web service (the "Service") provided by Dapanda (the "Operator").

Article 1 (Purpose)
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Member: A person who has agreed to these Terms and completed account registration
- Post: Any form of information registered on the Service by a member, including text, images, videos, code, and comments
- Content: Learning materials, tools, and products created directly by the Operator or provided by third parties and published on the Service
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when a member consents at the time of registration.
- The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law, with notice given at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to members).
- Members who do not agree to amended Terms may withdraw their membership before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Registration)
- Registration is completed when the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and completes sign-up via email or OAuth (Google, Kakao, or WeChat).
- Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to register.
- Registrations using another person's identity or false information are void, and the Operator may revoke membership without prior notice.
Article 5 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
- Members may withdraw at any time through the settings menu in the dashboard.
- Upon withdrawal, the author attribution of the member's posts is changed to anonymous; the content itself remains unless the member has deleted it (for the purpose of preserving information of public interest).
- The Operator may restrict, suspend, or revoke a member's account in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Infringement of another person's rights or defamation
- Interference with the normal operation of the Service
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
Members must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Theft of another person's personal information or account
- Infringement of third-party rights, including copyright, portrait rights, and trademark rights
- Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content
- Sending spam, advertising, flooding, or generating automated traffic
- Circumventing service security, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting operations
- Any other conduct that violates applicable law
Article 7 (Operator's Obligations)
- The Operator will make efforts to provide a stable and continuous service.
- The Operator will protect members' personal information in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- The Operator will notify members in advance or after the fact when the service is temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, replacement, failure, or communication disruption.
Article 8 (Posts — Rights, Deletion, and Reports)
- Copyright in posts published by members remains with the member who created them.
- By publishing a post on the Service, a member grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the post for service operation and promotion purposes.
- The Operator may delete or blind the following posts without prior notice:
- Posts that violate member obligations set out in Article 6
- Posts subject to criminal penalties or civil disputes under applicable law
- Posts reported by multiple members and determined to be inappropriate upon review
- Members may report inappropriate posts to the Operator.
Article 9 (External Content and Links)
The Service may embed content from external platforms such as YouTube, or link to external sites. The accuracy, legality, and copyright of external content belong to the respective providers, and the Operator is not responsible for any damages caused by external content.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
- The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, communication failures, or power outages.
- The Operator is not responsible for failure to achieve expected benefits from use of the Service, or for the reliability or accuracy of posts.
- The Operator does not intervene in disputes between members or between a member and a third party, and is not liable for any resulting damages.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes between the Operator and members shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's address as the court of first instance.
