What this is
- A system nobody knows how to use is the same as no system. Hand it over and walk away, and in six months nobody opens it.
- The training is free for a simple reason: if it goes unused, what I built is worthless too.
When this applies
- The system was delivered but your people cannot touch it
- The person in charge changed and a handover is needed
How it runs
- We do the person's actual tasks together on the screen — I do not read a manual aloud
- Where they get stuck gets written down, and then that spot gets fixed
