About this tool
Draws the values you enter as a bar or line chart and exports it as a PNG. It is a light tool for when a handful of numbers need to become a picture, without opening a spreadsheet and fighting with its formatting. The data never leaves your browser.
When to use it
- —Needing a simple comparison bar chart for a report or slide in a hurry
- —Showing the shape of a weekly figure as a line, when only the trend matters
- —Turning five or six numbers into a graphic without opening a spreadsheet
Good to know
- —Only bar and line charts are supported; pie charts, dual axes, and stacked bars are not.
- —A bar chart's vertical axis should start at zero, otherwise size comparisons are distorted. Truncated axes exaggerate differences and mislead readers.
- —The exported PNG is saved at its on-screen size, so it may look soft if enlarged for print.
