About this tool
Changes a video's pixel width and height. Lowering resolution makes the file lighter, and it is also how you meet an upload spec. Files never leave the browser.
When to use it

Good to know
- —Lowering resolution is not reversible, so keep the original.
- —Upscaling a low-resolution video only makes the file bigger, not sharper.
- —Setting an aspect ratio different from the source stretches or squashes the picture; keep the ratio.
