Draws each sheet of your workbook as a table and bundles them into a single PDF. Files never leave your browser.

Only basic tables are converted — cell formatting, charts, and formulas (results are shown) lose their styling, and because the output is image-based, text inside the PDF is not selectable. Korean and other scripts render normally.

About this tool
Converts Excel (.xlsx/.xls) tables into PDF, so figures and formatting cannot be altered by the recipient. Conversion happens in the browser and the file is never transmitted.
When to use it
- —Reporting a summary table in a form that cannot be edited
- —Showing a table to someone without Excel
- —Turning a table into a printable document to hand out
Good to know
- —Only basic tables convert; cell styling, conditional colors, charts, and images are not carried over.
- —Wide tables can run past the page width and get cut; reduce columns or split the conversion.
- —Formulas appear as their computed values; the formulas themselves are not preserved.
