PDF to Excel
Upload a PDF to extract its text page by page, infer tables, and convert it into an Excel (XLSX) file. Each page becomes its own sheet.
- 1.Select or drag in a file
- 2.Adjust the options you need
- 3.Click “Convert to Excel”
- 4.Download the resulting file
→ Output: An Excel (XLSX) file with one sheet per page
Tables are inferred — complex tables and merged cells may be inaccurate. PDFs carry no table data, so cells are split by a position-based heuristic.

About this tool
Extracts a PDF's text page by page, infers the table structure, and produces an Excel (XLSX) file. Use it to move a table you need to total or sort without retyping it. Conversion finishes inside the browser.
When to use it
- —Needing to sum figures from a PDF statement
- —Sorting or filtering a table inside a report
- —Moving tabular data into another system
Good to know
- —Columns are inferred from text position rather than ruled lines, so merged cells and wrapped text easily misalign.
- —Numbers sometimes arrive as text and will not calculate; check the cell formatting.
- —Always verify amounts and quantities against the original — a single shifted column changes everything.
